The host hotel is booked on some of the nights and we have several people who did not book early SOOOO…..
We are in the process of acquiring a back up hotel. We are also in the process of looking at moving some of our staff rooms to another hotel so we can accommodate more rooms at the host hotel.

The Red Gear Racing Championships check-in begins on October 6th.The Sheraton Sand Key Resort is located on Sand Key, adjacent to Clearwater Beach.
The Sheraton is a four star resort with private beach front. It boasts over 300 rooms and extensive meeting and ballroom space, pool and Tiki bar, tennis courts and over 400 meters of white sand beach.
The Sheraton hosts events like this only for a chosen few, and will provide additional needed infrastructure for the Media, Coaches, Judges and Office space. Since this is a private beach resort, security is already in place as well as plentiful parking with back up parking in the adjacent park.
