RESULTS
The 2022 Red Gear Racing Championships ended on Monday, October 10. Thirty-nine catamarans in three classes competed in perfect sailing conditions in the three-day event. 15 F15s, the majority youth sailors, handled the breeze and the waves like pros. Some of the F18 international team’s boats were delayed in customs. (Their boats are scheduled to arrive in Clearwater Beach today.) Several F18 competitors stepped up and offered the use of their boats to the international teams for practice in the warm-up regatta. Congratulations to all who participated in the regatta. Thank you to the Race Committee, volunteers, and especially the sponsors who helped make all this possible. On to the F18 Worlds!

The Red Gear Racing Championships were the warm-up to the Immunolin F18 World Championship, which begins on Wednesday, October 12. Follow all the action on https://www.f18world2022.org/. Let me introduce myself, my name is DeAnn Hittinger, concierge and travel agent for this event. I have been a Florida licensed travel agent for 8+ years, and love everything Florida has to offer.
